Entertainment
Sisters in Sports is excited to announce our entertainment for the evening will be Freedog (aka Bryon Friedman)!
Bryon Friedman
Freedog (aka Bryon Friedman) is a professional skier and singer songwriter based in Park City, Utah. His music career began after a life altering downhill crash in Chamonix, France where he nearly lost his leg and eventually moved on from the sport. He left with 2 national titles to his name, and a handful of gut wrenching scars. He was voted #1 emerging singer/songwriter on Sirius/XM’s Coffeehouse channel in 2010 and has since collaborated with The Band of Heathens, The Allman Brothers grammy nominated keyboardist Johnny Neel and Brett Dennen.

Find Your
Superpower
Mentor Program
No superhero is born with a cape – they all need a mentor to learn to unleash their power.
Sisters in Sports Foundation pairs women with disabilities with seasoned participants in their area to serve as mentors. Our mentors range from active passionate women who have excelled in their sport to Paralympic Medalists who have trained in a sport and dedicated their lift to mastery.
Explore your Passion
Scholarship Program
The Explore Your Passion Scholarship fund is developed to encourage women and girls with disabilities to try new things, push their limits, and find activities that awaken their soul. The program provides financial support for women looking to purchase equipment, explore programming, take their training to a new level, or sponsor athletes interested in competing at an international level.
Champion Your Voice
Learn to Champion your Voice. Whether you are engaging in sport for health and fitness or competing in international competition, one of the most important things we can do as a collective community is learn to effectively advocate for ourselves, and come together to create a collective voice to institute change for women of the future, but most importantly for ourselves.

I saw a need to create opportunities for women and girls. Helping Them Live The Impossible. As an adaptive athlete, I have seen what the power of sport and community can do to change lives. It is even more important for women with disabilities to reach their full potential.
“I want to contribute and see women thrive with a disability.” – Danelle Umstead, SIS Founder
FUNDRAISING GOAL
Your sponsorship will enable us to keep advocating for female athletes with a disability.
Event Goal: $200,000
This will allow 25 athletes to complete our mentorship program and get closer to achieving their dreams
