Allie Johnson, PLY

Alpine Skiing/Paralympian

Allie Johnson is a Paralympic alpine ski racer for Team USA and a proud disabled woman using sport as a platform for advocacy and change. She began ski racing at 22 after a simple “why not?” led her from working as a therapeutic horseback riding instructor at the National Sports Center for the Disabled to the slopes. A 2022 Paralympian, Allie has earned World Cup podiums and national titles while continuing to push herself in every event—especially the ones that scare her most. After overcoming a major injury early in her career, she has built her path on resilience, grit, and a commitment to growth. Off the hill, Allie is the founder of tada! (Team Allie Designs & Apparel) and a passionate advocate for disability representation. She hopes to show the next generation that their difference isn’t a limitation—it’s their superpower.
